Tis funny this morning at work watching everyone hobble around post-paintballing on sat :)

Still only 5 days to the weekend and house hunting tonight! I'm excited :)

 Wanna swap? I'm watching everyone run about like headless chickens panicing about the audit on Wednesday. If you haven't done it by now, you ain't gonna do it in time, but no-one seems to agree with me. So far they have left me alone and it's funny watching them. Only a matter of time till someone drags me into it You sound like you're having much more fun!

My day technically should be going well... Waiting for my new phone to arrive in the post while reviewing Toy Story 3 the game, and researching how much it costs to get a book published... But instead I'm feeling decidedly tempted to curl up in bed with a hot water bottle! Stupid time of the month.. Heh.

Ah well, can't wait to look at houses later! There seems to be a lot available around Gloucester at the moment which is really exciting. Puts us in a good position to knock the price down a bit. Can't wait to work in a home office that I'm actually allowed to decorate!

I Hate audit times, we go through 2 a year with external auditors and monthly internal ones. but In my line of work it keep you in check, which I guess is a good thing

Supprisingly, yes!

We have numerous internal ones a year, one a year from our global company and one every 2 years from the government. No-one worries about the internal ones. Some people will even come up to us doing the audit and point out flaws cause they've realised that management actually does something about it if it's picked up in an audit.

Time of the week for me! I get that feeling every Monday morning... CBA to get out of bed.

Oh Calamity! Why are 40 year old aircraft autopilots allowed to still fly and plague my Monday's with their evil non-ending, unfindable problems.

Your not far wrong :) I'm an licensed aircraft engineer. The sole addition to your statement is I have to check that the work is all done correctly and then sign the masses of paperwork to say that the aircraft is fit to fly around the sky above our heads and won't crash on a school.

If it crashes on a school do I get more days off?

 Rofl. This has cheered me up no end. Boss decided to start 10 min before home time yesterday with the panic on what has to be done for tomorrow. Guess who gets to run around sorting it? Anyone bored is more than welcome to come and give me a hand .
