Jesters of Middle Earth

Well folks in typical Raggy fashion:....

It's time for me to call it a day from regular Lotro gaming, to be honest this day has been coming for a very long time now as my life has changed so dramatically since Isabella has been born.

Initially I kept playing Lotro almost daily to help the hardcore keep the kin going, then when Chug needed to devote more time to RL I became leader and spent most of my online time trying to keep the old girl going. During which I had to make some difficult choices (especially as MoM drove away so many of our best, brightest & craziest Jesters) to stop a mass exodus and the death of the kinship.

I stand by all the choices I made as, at the time, they were in the best interest of keeping JoME going as we lost too many casual gamers with MoM.

However I do deeply regret some of the fallout of those choices and for that, Rowie and Chug I openly and sincerely apologise to you both.

Now Lily is back as the 7th (and 2nd :S) leader with Chug holding her hem, I feel confident the kin is once again in safe hands and I can leave regular gaming to those with more time.

Thank you all for everything over the past 2.5 years I have been a Jesters regular and good luck in rebuilding this once amazing ship of state

We'll miss you Raggy, but completely understand your decision of course! Kinship running, and even gaming in general, can take a big chunk out of our real life time, so I wish you all the best in everything that you put your hand to in your spare time!

You will always have a home within the Jesters, so if ever you find that you have more free time pop in and say hi, or just as often as you may! We'd love to see you.

I shall sign off with see you around Raggy, and not goodbye! And with a heartfelt thank you for sustaining the Jesters through a really difficult patch.

Will see you sometime I'm sure, and having a beautiful little girl is the best reason in the world to re-prioritise. Thanks for being fabby Raggy, big love to Nic and Izzy xxx

thanks for all you did m8, I know like you I haven't put as much input into the kin as I would like over the last year or so. I hope that i will be able to pop back on more regularly soon. but don't normally game that much during the summer.
