Costume Competition

I've seen a few pirate outfits around, but I wonder if we could do anything else in terms of costume creation. I've seen some great hats at the skirmish vendors and the like that could be used to make some great costumes. We could have a bit of a catwalk and get some people judging the best fancy dress costume! Big Smile

I love to get my dwarfs and Dye into new cloths and show off Big Smile Need a couple of weeks to scout the AH though, for some funny low-budget gear/clothes though Smile

Oooo, that is a cool thread, heh.

I propose we have everyone enter get two outfits ready - one fancy dress and one that's just an awesome outfit. Then a panel of judges could give each outfit a score out of ten for each person, and the person (or people) with the highest overall score will be deemed the winner. Big Smile

do we have a timescale for when the comp will be, cause I'm trying to grind rep in all the areas that have their own costumes?

Nahh, I guess we've had the horse race, and are wondering about F2P-time ideas... let's have this as a smaller event for us.. where are we... mid to end September-ish? give peeps time to prepare if they need? Ofc usual alliance friends welcome, but not the heftyness of a big server thingy.

How about the weekend of the 25th/26th September? The Sunday looks better for myself but I could work with either. Big Smile
