Jesters of Middle Earth

Well Christmas is now over.  The days are now gloomy and cold and you ate, drunk and spent far too much over christmas.   You'll soon have to start those diets and go back to work.  Its all doom and gloom;  What you need is:

The Jesters  January 24th Party!!!

To coincide with the end(ish) of the month when you will be receiving all those credit card bills, you will need some fun and danger and just general Jesters wackiness. 

Featuring:

Postbox lottery - roll to win an item-will it be very good or very bad? you will know when you get to your postbox.

Jump down the well of fate - will you survive or plummet to your death?

Sparring - Fight against a perfectly matched opponent who has been calculated by an exact science to ensure that the battle is fair (roll of a dice).  Fight for your life over a precipice of death (probably Mount Doom or the Hill in the Shire or somewhere equally as scary!).

Drink from the Keg' O' Doom who knows where you will end up! Only the keg (and probably the magic Runekeepers) will know.

Treasure Hunt - race across the corners of Middle Earth to collect some secret items (if there is time to work it out!!!)

and probably including some other stuff as well (ideas and help welcome!)

So come to the Kin House from 730pm on Saturday the 24th of January 2009.

 Just a bit of an update on this, the agenda will most likely be:

Raven's Postbox Lottery - Roll to win an item-you won't know how useful it is until you goto your postbox.

Treasure Hunt - Travel across Middle Earth for items-It would be good if people could get into teams of about fellowship size (we'll sort out on the night) and then each team can decide who is going where for the items-this will mean that lower levels can participate as well.  The winning team will be the first team to have their appointed "captain" to open up a trade window with one of the judges with all of the required items.

And if there is time, hide n' seek and keg race and a well jump

Of, course, these things will only work if we get loads of people there, so please come along-tell your friends.

O noo, i thought i could come, finally a fun night with the jesters again... but we were invited for a RL party.

 Just to say thank you for the invites and we had a great time!!

The fact we won almost everything helped ofc mostly thanks to Chuggs lag issues on the race back during the Keg Rally and Doby and Elrandel for knowing where all the stuff on the list actually came from. All i can say is Go Team Lal!!
